A few things
worth knowing.
Is this only for companies?
No. Anyone can organize a private pool. We build with office groups in mind, but friends, families, and clubs are welcome.
Does Poolfather handle participant money?
No. Poolfather is pool-management software. It does not collect, hold, transfer, or distribute participant funds. Future hosting fees will pay for the software service.
Are results and emails automatic?
MLB 13 Run scorecards update automatically from completed games. Linked NFL games support score imports after the board is locked. Manually added games and NCAA tournament finals require organizer score entry. Winning-box notices are currently saved as previews.
What about Draft and Survivor pools?
Those remain additional early-access tools, not part of the squares-first paid launch. Draft supports team selection but not automated standings or winner emails. Survivor picks and eliminations are managed outside Poolfather.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. The homepage demo uses fictional names and results. You can also plan a pool before signing in. Creating or joining a real pool requires an account.
Poolfather is in early access. Account recovery and formal support, privacy, and terms pages are still being completed. Organizers are responsible for their arrangements and applicable requirements.

How do I join a pool?+
Open My pools, enter the private code from your organizer, and sign in when asked.
How do I create a pool?+
Choose Create a pool, pick a sport, choose the pool type, then complete the setup.
Can anyone host?+
You can plan a pool before signing in. Creating a real pool requires an account and organizer access.
What pool types are available?+
Football supports box pools and a Draft pool. Basketball supports NCAA box pools and Survivor rules.
Does Poolfather handle money?+
No. Poolfather does not collect, hold, transfer, or distribute participant funds.
Are scores automatic?+
Linked NFL games can support score imports. NCAA scores and some custom games are entered by the organizer.
Where do I manage my pool?+
Use Manage pools from your account menu. Organizers can review members, boxes, rules, and result notices.
Can I change a pool after it starts?+
Some settings lock when the board locks or a game starts. Review the setup before inviting your group.
