ONE GAME · FOUR CHECKPOINTS
A 100-box football pool for your office, friends, or family. Players choose squares; the score decides which boxes win.
The 10-by-10 board has one team across the top and the other down the side. Locking the board draws random digits from 0 through 9 on each axis. At Q1, halftime, Q3, and the last checkpoint, the last digit of each team’s score identifies the winning square.
For example, home 17 and away 14 selects home digit 7 and away digit 4. The organizer sets each checkpoint’s award points and chooses whether the last checkpoint is regulation or the final including overtime before locking.
Save an advance Super Bowl pool with teams to be confirmed. The supported schedule update fills the matchup when it becomes available. ESPN-linked games support automatic scoring; manually added games need organizer scores.
SUPER BOWL · REVERSE AND TOUCH BOXES
Keep the familiar 100-box Super Bowl board, then add reversed digits and neighboring boxes at halftime and the last checkpoint.
Q1 and Q3 each award the standard winning square. Halftime and the last checkpoint each award six results: standard, reverse, above, below, left, and right. The cross surrounds the standard winner. Diagonal squares do not count.
Reverse swaps the teams’ score digits against the board’s drawn axes. For home 7 and away 4, the reverse uses home 4 and away 7. It does not reverse a box number. Neighbors wrap across the board edges, so a top-row winner has an “above” neighbor on the bottom row.
The organizer chooses points for each award before locking. A box can earn multiple awards, and those points add together. Choose regulation or overtime-inclusive final before the board locks or kickoff passes.
BASEBALL · THE ZERO-THROUGH-THIRTEEN CHASE
Give your baseball group a different reason to follow the season: collect every final run total on your assigned team’s card.
Each classic card has spaces for 0 through 13. A team’s verified final score fills the matching space. A 5-run final marks 5; another 5-run final adds no new space. Extra-inning finals count; scores above the target do not.
The first full card wins by the verified time its deciding game ended. Finishing on the same calendar day does not make a tie. Only identical verified completion times share a place. The organizer chooses how many finishing places to recognize.
ESPN live scores refresh every five minutes while games are in progress. Only verified finals fill cards. Missing or inconsistent data keeps the previous verified results, and missed dates are recovered over subsequent checks.
THANKSGIVING FOOTBALL · ONE SHARED BOARD
Keep your group on one 100-box board across the selected Thanksgiving games, with a separate digit draw for every game.
Participants keep their square positions throughout the holiday. When the board locks before the first kickoff, each selected game receives its own permanent random row and column digits. Use the game selector to see the matching draw and teams before checking a winner.
The final digit of each team’s score identifies the winning square at each saved checkpoint. Choose quarter, halftime, or final checkpoints, review the overtime rule, and set award points before locking. One game’s digits should never be used to read another game’s results.
Start a free draft before the schedule is ready and select the Thanksgiving event. Supported schedule updates add the games when available. ESPN-linked NFL games support automatic scoring; games entered without a link require organizer-entered scores.
A SEASON TOGETHER · FRESH DIGITS EACH GAME
One 100-box board follows Sunday nights in Weeks 1–17, Thanksgiving’s three games, and the Super Bowl. Week 18 is excluded.
Square owners stay the same for the season. Every game receives separate random row and column digits. All 100 boxes must be filled before a new season pool’s automation activates, so finish assignments before expecting score updates and board emails.
Regular games have exactly two result checkpoints: halftime and end of regulation. The Super Bowl has four: Q1, halftime, Q3, and end of regulation. Overtime never counts. The last digit of each team’s score identifies each winning box, with award points set by the organizer.
The first board email is scheduled from Saturday at 9 AM Eastern; later board emails run Tuesday morning. Result summaries are scheduled from Monday at 9 AM Eastern after verified finals. ESPN live scores refresh every five minutes for active games.

PRIVACY
Effective October 14, 2026. This notice covers Poolfather accounts, pools, email recipients and Capo.
We store account names, email addresses and protected password records; pool settings, invitations, entries, square assignments, scores and points; and email preferences and delivery records. An organizer can add your name, email and box numbers as an email-only guest without creating an account for you. We also keep hosting payment and subscription references, support correspondence and security or activity records needed to operate the service.
Your organizer can manage participant contact details and assignments. People with access to your pool can see names, boards, entries when the format allows, and results. Result emails can list winners and their points. Participant emails are sent as individual copies. Authorized Poolfather administrators can access records for support, security and service operation. Keep private invitation links and join codes within your group.
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores application data and provides Capo’s AI processing. Resend delivers account and pool emails. Stripe processes hosting purchases and subscriptions; card details go to Stripe, and Poolfather stores payment references and status rather than full card numbers. These providers process information for their respective services.
Capo uses your question and an optional previous help topic to find approved Poolfather help. When AI is used, that text and the public help catalog are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI. The application does not save your questions or chat transcript. It does not send private pool records or your account identity to the AI. Do not include passwords, payment details, private links or other personal information in questions.
Poolfather uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers choices such as your color theme, dismissed notices and unfinished setup during a session. Hosting and security services also process connection information to operate the site and limit abuse.
You can stop or resume invitations and organizer messages for a pool using the preference link in those emails. This choice does not stop automatic result notices. Ask your organizer to remove an email-only guest record or contact support for help with result emails, account information or an address added in error.
Contact support@poolfather.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to remain for pool history, security, billing, disputes or legal obligations. This notice will show a new effective date when updated.
SERVICE TERMS
Effective October 14, 2026. These terms describe use of Poolfather’s hosting software.
Organizers create and manage private pools, choose rules and award points, and decide who participates. Organizers and people playing online need accounts. An organizer can add email-only participants without requiring them to register. For entry or team-pick formats, an email-only recipient is not automatically given a playing entry.
Points are scores or awards within a pool. They have no cash value or redemption through Poolfather. Poolfather does not collect participant entry fees, hold prize funds or pay winners. Organizers are responsible for their rules, their arrangements with participants and compliance with applicable requirements.
Building a private draft is free. Current hosting is $5 per pool or $30 for Annual Unlimited, plus applicable tax, for U.S. customers. Participants pay no Poolfather fee. Prices and tax are shown before payment. Annual Unlimited renews every 12 months after you accept renewal at checkout. Cancel the next renewal from Pricing; access continues through the paid term, and pools already opened continue for their competitions. Cancellation does not issue a prorated refund.
For an individually paid pool, request a full hosting refund before opening it to participants. Requests are reviewed before processing; a request is not an immediate refund. Opening the pool makes its hosting payment nonrefundable. Keep it private while a request is under review. Contact support@poolfather.com about a billing error. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires.
Review the rules, point schedule, participants and box assignments before locking or play begins. Only add contact details for people who have agreed to take part or receive your pool messages. Respect email preferences and keep invitation links private. Do not use participant information for unrelated messages or share someone’s account credentials.
Automatic scoring depends on the selected format and available verified sports data. Some formats need organizer-entered results. Scores can be delayed or corrected, and emails depend on verified results, recipient settings and delivery services. Check the pool page and organizer controls if something appears wrong. The site is in early access; uninterrupted service, immediate scoring and email delivery are not guaranteed.
Use Poolfather for its pool features. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, send spam, impersonate others or bypass limits. Capo answers questions about Poolfather; it cannot manage pools, execute code or access private records. Accounts or actions may be restricted to address abuse or protect the service. For support, contact support@poolfather.com.
Read the privacy notice for information handling and email choices. Updated terms will show their effective date here.
